About Sarkis

As a therapist, I bring a direct, involved, and action-oriented approach—balanced with compassion, deep attunement, and a strong commitment to real change. I specialize in the compulsive sexual behavior and pornography addiction, substance use/abuse disorders, and am trained as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I also work extensively with individuals navigating co-occurring concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder—all of which often intertwine with addictive patterns.

My clinical work is deeply trauma-informed. I believe that addictive behaviors are not random or purely behavioral—they’re often rooted in unresolved pain, unmet attachment needs, and emotional survival strategies. My goal is to help clients uncover those roots, heal from them, and learn to show up differently in the relationships that matter most. Because for many, that’s the real “why” behind seeking help in the first place.
